Lawyer (Property/Migration Department) On behalf of a client, a well-established law firm with 40 years of experience, we are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated Lawyer to join their Property &amp; Migration Department in Nicosia. Position’s Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>To be appointed and work as a lawyer at the property department</li><li>Monitoring of ongoing cases</li><li>Drafting and/or reviewing sale agreements, management and/or rental agreements, power of attorneys and any other legal documents</li><li>Having ongoing communication with clients, banks, and other relevant authorities&nbsp;</li><li>Liaising with Land Registry Office, Civil Registry and Migration department and other Authorities</li><li>Handling of cases on behalf of client before Land Registry Offices in all districts</li></ul>Position’s Requirements<ul><li>University Degree in Law, or any other related field</li><li>Qualified lawyer with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience</li><li>Experience in immovable property transactions and procedures of the lands department</li><li>Experience with the Civil Registry and Migration department</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)</li><li>Strong proficiency in MS Office programs, including Excel, Word and Outlook</li><li>Highly organized individual who is willing to meet tight deadlines, multitask and work in a challenging work environment</li><li>Teamwork-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving</li></ul> Employer’s Details Benefits<ul><li>13th salary</li><li>Provident fund upon permanent employment</li><li>Discretionary bonus scheme upon permanent employment</li></ul>Working hours:&nbsp;Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (with half hour break) &amp; Friday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm&nbsp;If you are interested, please submit your CV via the provided link: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17510033155620069663spd">https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17510033155620069663spd</a>
