Pafilia is seeking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer for Minthis. The successful candidate will be responsible to assure successful operation and function of all building facilities at Minthis by executing and/or overseeing maintenance works - including &nbsp;maintenance of M&amp;E installations - and to ensure that assets are kept in very good condition achieving the client’s satisfaction within approved budget.&nbsp;Location: Minthis, Paphos&nbsp;Responsibilities:&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Studying maintenance manuals and construction documentation of Minthis projects •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Scheduling preventive building maintenance on the base of maintenance manuals •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparing and submitting for approval annual budgets for the preventive maintenance of each project. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Controlling the expenditures Vs approved annual budget. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Performing preventive and predictive maintenance activities on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis in order to reduce emergency calls and corrective maintenance.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responding to equipment faults/breakdowns or to building damages as they occur. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identifying problems and ensuring they are fixed in a timely manner •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Leading / managing the building maintenance team &nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring the quality and the timely execution of the maintenance works.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Liasing with the Project Manager, QS manager and Purchasing engineer for the assignment of subcontractors or suppliers of the maintenance projects. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Keeping store of materials, tools and equipment •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintaining archive of projects’ drawings and specifications / as fitted drawings / maintenance manuals / leaflets of materials etc •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Cooperating with / supervising Minthis Property Management for the execution of Μ&amp;Ε maintenance •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Communicating with Minthis resort management to coordinate maintenance activities •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparing reports as requested •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assisting in developing the current Policies and Procedures&nbsp;Necessary requirements: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;BSc or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;10 years of previous working experience. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent knowledge of both spoken and written forms of English is required. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Project Management skills. • Good organizational skills and time management.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent communication skills and ability to compile information whilst having a structured approach to report writing. • Excellent level of computer literacy in Windows, Microsoft packages, AutoCAD/Revit, proficient in the use of specialist project management software, Oracle Primavera. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Broader knowledge of other disciplines of the construction sector is anticipated.Are you a passionate and organised person seeking for a new challenge?
