Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee logistics operations, with a focus on organizing international shipments, particularly to CIS countries</li><li>Optimize internal business processes related to logistics, documentation, and external communications</li><li>Liaise with partners, suppliers, and transportation companies</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely preparation of export documentation</li><li>Prepare logistics and operational reports for management</li><li>Assist in the preparation and coordination of the company’s participation in international pharmaceutical exhibitions and conferences</li><li>Manage and update the company’s presence on social media platforms; coordinate with external marketing agencies</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by management</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)</li><li>Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken</li><li>Proven experience in international logistics, preferably with a focus on CIS markets</li><li>Experience organizing participation in international exhibitions and trade events</li><li>Familiarity with managing corporate social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn)</li><li>Strong skills in designing and improving business processes</li><li>Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a high level of independence</li><li>Responsible, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, multitasking environment</li></ul>Conditions:<ul><li>Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch break)</li><li>Location: Mesa Geitonia, Limassol</li><li>Contact person: Zuzana Mavromoustakis</li><li>Email: <a href="mailto:z.mavromoustakis@avvapharma.com">z.mavromoustakis@avvapharma.com</a></li></ul>
