The Icon, Limassol, is a high-rise residential building located in the heart of Limassol’s Tourist Area, just 100 meters from the sea. It comprises of 1–4-bedroom residences that are either used by their owners or rented out to guests.As a key member of The Icon Front Desk team, the Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming residents and guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience.Additionally, the Receptionist will provide remote support for Sunset Gardens and serve as the liaison between guests and internal teams.&nbsp;Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Be part of the Front Desk team and perform on-going front desk duties.</li><li>Greet and Welcome guests/tenants as they arrive.</li><li>Act as the point of reference for&nbsp;tenants/owners who need assistance or information.</li><li>Making and confirming reservations for guests either in person, via the telephone or online.</li><li>Ensuring proper room allocation, verifying credit card details and processing payments.</li><li>Provide an optimal level of service and hospitality for the guests.</li><li>Deliver apartment keys and guide guests to their rooms.</li><li>Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance and property administration teams to resolve guest issues or complaints.</li><li>Notify housekeeping when rooms are vacant and ready for cleaning.</li><li>Complete and maintain any incident reports, daily activity reports or other reports requested by the management.</li><li>Respond to guests' needs and requests and resolve. issues/complaints/problems in a quick, efficient manner.</li><li>Having a clear understanding of the Rental Scheme and which apartments are involved.</li><li>Work closely with STAYS team and more specifically with the Reservation Team and handle reservation requests, special events, etc.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>High School Diploma or a relevant qualification in Office Administration or Hospitality Management.</li><li>Up to 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality roles.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software.</li><li>Experience with booking and payment systems (Visa) is a plus.</li><li>Previous experience in front office roles is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities in both Greek and English.</li><li>Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary plus 13th salary.</li><li>Double pay for Sunday shifts.</li><li>Performance-based bonus.</li><li>21 days of paid annual leave.</li><li>10 days of paid sick leave per year.</li><li>Opportunities for growth and career advancement.</li><li>Friendly and supportive work environment.</li></ul>Working Hours:<ul><li>Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week.</li><li>Shifts: Five shifts per week, 8am to 5pm (including a 1-hour break).</li></ul>Ready to Join Us?If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, we’d love to hear from you!
