Wise Wolves Group is&nbsp;seeking to recruit a RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE MANAGER to help us take care of our office needs. Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1. Office Operations &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Organize the office layout, operations, and procedures</li><li>Maintain office condition, arrange necessary repairs, do shopping</li><li>Liaise with facility management vendors</li><li>Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met</li><li>Optimize the workflow and procedures to improve operational efficiency</li><li>Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting 2. Office Policies &amp; Documentation</li><li>Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary</li><li>Document management</li><li>Ensure integrity and confidentiality of data and record-keeping</li><li>4. Internal Support</li><li>Provide general support to visitors</li><li>Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues</li><li>Maintain a friendly, cooperative, and pleasant work environment 5. People Coordination</li><li>Assist in the onboarding process of new hires</li><li>Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings when necessary 6. Logistics</li><li>Working with couriers, coordinating the dispatch of correspondence and packages 7.
