We are looking to recruit an Architect to join our Architecture Department and contribute to the design and successful delivery of our upcoming residential projects in Paphos.The Architect will be responsible for designing and managing architectural and construction drawings and assisting throughout the entire process of each development.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop detailed architectural drawings, construction details, models, and renderings.</li><li>Participate in project meetings, providing technical guidance and ensuring that projects meet their objectives.</li><li>Ensure that designs comply with project specifications and local building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, planning laws, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors during the design and construction phases.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies.</li><li>Ensure all project activities align with legal and regulatory standards, including ETEK guidelines and local authority requirements.</li></ul>Desired Experience &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English is essential.</li><li>Previous experience is not required.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit software.</li><li>Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS or ETEK) and/or a degree from the University of Cyprus is considered an advantage.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Attractive compensation package with performance incentives.</li><li>13th salary.</li><li>Training opportunities and exposure to challenging, high-profile projects.</li></ul>To apply, send your CV and portfolio to info@hadjidemosthenous.com.
