The G C School of Careers&nbsp;We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media &amp; Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media advertising policy&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and draft the company’s Social Media Advertising Policy, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, legal, and ethical guidelines.</li><li>Create, edit, and publish engaging multimedia content (text, images, videos, etc.) tailored for each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).</li><li>Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with Management Team to maintain brand consistency.</li><li>Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and coordinated social media publishing.</li><li>Respond to audience interactions, comments, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a similar role.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and performance analytics.</li><li>Experience using platforms like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Buffer, or similar tools.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with social media advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital branding.</li><li>Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.</li></ul>How to Apply:Please send your CV to <a href="mailto:hr@gcsc.ac.cy">hr@gcsc.ac.cy</a>.&nbsp;
