Job Summary:The Warehouse &amp; Procurement Manager will be responsible for the full coordination of all stock movements in a dairy factory — from the receipt of raw milk and packaging materials to the storage and dispatch of finished goods for both export and local markets. This role also covers procurement responsibilities, including ordering and stock level monitoring for all consumables and raw materials. The ideal candidate will ensure stock accuracy, efficient warehouse operations, timely deliveries, and cost-effective procurement.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:1. Warehouse Operations<ul><li>Oversee all inbound and outbound stock movements (raw milk, raw materials, finished products).</li><li>Manage unloading, inspection, and recording of incoming goods.</li><li>Ensure proper storage conditions for different types of products (e.g., refrigerated items, dry goods).</li><li>Supervise loading and dispatch of orders for:</li><li>Export customers</li><li>Local distributors and retail points</li><li>Factory retail shop</li></ul>&nbsp;2. Inventory Management<ul><li>Maintain real-time, accurate stock records for all materials and finished goods.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and ensure minimum stock thresholds are met at all times.</li><li>Conduct regular physical stock takes and reconcile with system data.</li><li>Prevent product losses through proper FIFO/FEFO management.</li></ul>&nbsp;3. Procurement<ul><li>Handle all ordering activities related to raw materials, packaging materials (labels, cartons, pallets, carton layers, high-end personal equipment.etc.).</li><li>Forecast material needs based on production schedules and sales forecasts.</li><li>Source suppliers, request quotations, and negotiate terms and pricing.</li><li>Issue purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and manage supplier relationships.</li></ul>&nbsp;4. Deliveries &amp; Distribution<ul><li>Schedule and coordinate all deliveries to customers (local and export) and the factory retail shop.</li><li>Work closely with logistics companies, couriers, and transport providers.</li><li>Prepare and verify export documents (packing lists, invoices, etc.).</li></ul>&nbsp;5. Compliance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Ensure all warehouse practices comply with food safety, hygiene, and BRCGS standards.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse area.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular reports on stock status, shortages, deliveries, and procurement activity.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain roles, preferably in the food or dairy industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of inventory management and procurement procedures.</li><li>Familiarity with BRCGS or similar food safety standards is a strong plus.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel or stock control software (ERP experience preferred).</li><li>Valid driving license and forklift license is a strong plus.</li></ul>&nbsp;Desirable Attributes:<ul><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Team player with good communication skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of import/export documentation is a plus.</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English.</li></ul>&nbsp;RemunerationAn attractive and competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, including:<ul><li>13th salary</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Professional and supportive working environment</li><li>Opportunities for advancement and professional development within the organization</li></ul>&nbsp;How to apply:&nbsp;Please submit your CV to Ioannis Kailis at <a href="mailto:giannos8@gmail.com">giannos8@gmail.com</a>All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.
