Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Post job advertisements/collaborate with recruitment agencies to source talent.</li><li>Screen CVs, and work closely with hiring managers to shortlist candidates</li><li>Provide timely updates to all applicants on the status of their applications.</li><li>Coordinate interviews, including scheduling and managing conference room bookings.</li><li>Extend job offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently</li><li>&nbsp;Manage the onboarding process, including providing first-day instructions, completing HR paperwork, and conducting orientation for new hires.</li><li>Manage the offboarding process by preparing resignation acceptance letters, conducting exit interviews, and updating employee records in all related systems.</li><li>&nbsp;Collaborate with the Finance and Legal teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.</li><li>Prepare employment contracts for new employees.</li><li>Regularly monitor and update Mondays system to ensure new employee registrations, terminations, and organizational chart updates.</li><li>Prepare employment confirmation and reference letters for employees upon request</li><li>Stay informed about Cyprus employment law and update HR policies to ensure compliance.</li><li>Draft, review, and update Employee Handbook to align with company standards and legal requirements.</li><li>Assist employees with completing forms regarding maternity/paternity/parental leave</li><li>Conduct HR induction training sessions for new employees.</li><li>Offer professional guidance and advice on HR policies, procedures, and processes.</li><li>Respond promptly and professionally to employee queries</li><li>Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.</li><li>Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment by ensuring HR processes support employee well-being and job satisfaction.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.</li><li>Proficiency in both English and Greek (spoken and written)</li><li>Demonstrated experience as an HR Specialist, HR Officer, or other HR position</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.</li><li>&nbsp;Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data.</li><li>Solid understanding of Labor laws and HR best practices.</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Private Health insurance</li><li>Pension Fund</li><li>Employee Benefit Card</li><li>Lunchtime buffet</li><li>A fast-growing and vibrant company</li><li>Great opportunities for career progression</li><li>Exciting company activities, including team-building outings, corporate gatherings and events</li></ul>To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, to <a href="mailto:careers@mano-security.com">careers@mano-security.com</a> quoting “HR Specialist”&nbsp;
