Job Position:&nbsp;Golf Service Manager&nbsp;&nbsp;Working for:&nbsp;Aphrodite Hills Resort LtdReporting to: Golf &amp; Sports Operation ManagerLocation:Aphrodite Hills Resort, Paphos&nbsp;Job Summary:&nbsp;The Golf Service Manager plays a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional golf experience to all guests. This position is responsible for overseeing all daily golf operations, including managing the Player Assistants team, ensuring smooth customer service delivery from arrival to departure, maintaining high standards of presentation across the golf services areas, and upholding the resort’s reputation as a premier golf destination.This role requires a proactive, hands-on manager with excellent leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to service excellence.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;⁃Lead, train, schedule, and supervise the Player Assistants and other golf services staff.⁃Oversee the daily operation of:⁃Bag drop reception⁃Buggy and hire equipment fleet⁃Bag storage and staging areas⁃On-course support and pace-of-play management.⁃Develop and implement service standards to ensure consistent delivery of a 5-star guest experience.⁃Coordinate with the Golf Operations, Reservations, and Golf Shop teams to deliver seamless service for members, resort guests, tournaments, and visiting golfers.⁃Monitor pace of play and uphold course etiquette policies in line with company guidelines.⁃Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.⁃Ensure accurate record-keeping for hire items, guest charges, and operational reports.⁃Oversee inventory and maintenance of golf service equipment.⁃Collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement, service innovation, and staff engagement.⁃Maintain a visible presence to welcome guests and support the team during busy periods.&nbsp;Requirements &amp; Qualifications:&nbsp;⁃Proven experience in golf operations or resort customer service management.⁃Excellent command of spoken and written English.⁃Strong leadership and team development skills.⁃Professional presentation and communication skills.⁃Good working knowledge of golf etiquette, pace-of-play policies, and basic golf rules.⁃Proficiency in Microsoft Office and golf operations software (knowledge of tee sheet and POS systems preferred).⁃Proactive, willing to learn, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.⁃Organised with strong problem-solving abilities.⁃EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit.&nbsp;Benefits:&nbsp;⁃Permanent, all-year-round position.⁃5-day work week with 2 days off.⁃Competitive compensation including 13 salaries.⁃Provident Fund and Medical Fund.⁃Complimentary meal during shifts.⁃Resort-wide discounts (restaurants, spa, accommodation).⁃Opportunities for professional development and career growth within Aphrodite Hills Resort.&nbsp;&nbsp;Applications:&nbsp;Qualified candidates must apply to the Human Resources Department by sending their CV and job opening title to <a href="mailto:vacancies@aphroditehills.com">vacancies@aphroditehills.com</a> or apply via our company website link <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.aphroditehills.com/careers/">here</a>All applications will be treated as strictly confidential.
