Leonardo Hotels &amp; Resorts Mediterranean is now recruiting for the position of Barman/Barmaid at the bellow hotels in Paphos&nbsp;<ul><li>&nbsp;Leonardo Laura Beach &amp; Splash Resort</li><li>Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Beach Hotel &amp; Spa</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Duties &amp; Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Maintain the highest levels of personal hygiene, cleanliness and appearance, and follow health and safety rules.&nbsp;Will never leave the bar unattended.</li><li>Always keep the Bar clean throughout the service. To ensure that “mis-en place” is completed prior to service.</li><li>Has a sound knowledge of the Bar lists and beverages, helps the Guests by explaining it.</li><li>To take orders, and serve drinks and beverages to guests, in a courteous manner.</li><li>To prepare any other cocktails apart from the ones listed on the Bar list and to be aware of the pricing policy regarding those cocktails.</li><li>Coordinates the staff working outside the bar and serving outside the bar, when needed.</li><li>To promote sales of food, beverages and any special events organized by the Management.</li><li>To check goods issued by stores stock the bar and all items.</li><li>To prepare requisition for the following day, ensuring that stores have received it.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications&nbsp;Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>Previous experience in same or similar job.</li><li>Great Level of Greek &amp; English language.</li><li>Attention to detail and organisational skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;We would be more than happy to receive your resume&nbsp;through&nbsp;direct apply https://www.leonardo-hotels-cyprus.com/careers
