Trilogy by Cybarco, a landmark destination on Limassol’s seafront, is seeking a highly motivated&nbsp;Document Controller&nbsp;to join its team.&nbsp;In this role, you will be responsible for managing &nbsp;project &nbsp;documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with internal and industry standards. You will collaborate with multiple departments, support document distribution, and maintain up-to-date records. This is a key position requiring precision, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to document control.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Preparing, reviewing, and processing documents</li><li>Creating and managing document templates</li><li>Archiving and retrieving documentation efficiently</li><li>Distributing documents internally and externally</li><li>Generating regular and ad-hoc reports</li><li>Ensuring compliance with document control procedures</li><li>Supporting departments with documentation needs</li><li>Administering the document management system</li><li>Assisting in project documentation handover to clients</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in a similar role</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent command of Greek and English</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude</li><li>Familiarity with document control systems is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer: An attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience, within a dynamic and prestigious working environment.&nbsp;All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
