Responsibilities:&nbsp;This job position has the following responsibilities and duties:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple companies.</li><li>Communicate with clients to collect and verify payroll information.</li><li>Maintain and update accurate payroll records.</li><li>Calculate and process termination payments, salary increases, and back pays.</li><li>Submit statutory returns, including IR7 and IR63.</li><li>Register companies and individuals with Tax and Social Insurance Departments, including Ergani.</li><li>Assist the Payroll Manager with month-end payroll consolidation and reporting.</li><li>Ensure accurate calculation of payroll taxes, income tax, and social insurance contributions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with payroll-related laws and reporting deadlines.</li><li>Record day-to-day accounting transactions accurately.</li><li>Maintain complete and organized accounting records and supporting documentation.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements, customer, and supplier accounts on a monthly basis.</li><li>Manage accounts receivable and payable; ensure timely processing of supplier invoices.</li><li>Assist with daily banking tasks and update cash flow records.</li><li>Support general bookkeeping and accounting functions as assigned.</li><li>Contribute to strong client relationships through reliable and professional service.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;The successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:<ul><li>Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>2- 3 years of relevant work experience</li><li>Good knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Premier Payroll Software)</li><li>Strong analytical and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure</li><li>Effective teamwork and independent working capabilities</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Greek and English</li><li>IT literate and adaptable</li><li>High integrity and a positive, can-do attitude</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Our firm offers:<ul><li>Excellent work environment.</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; An attractive and competitive remuneration package in accordance with skills and qualifications.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The firm fully covers expenses towards ACCA/ACA qualification.<ul><li>Bonus based on performance.</li><li>Flexible working hours.</li><li>Corporate parking paid by the company.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement in a multicultural environment.</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Casual Dress Code<ul><li>Training events that will help both your personal and professional development paid for by the company.</li><li>Participation in our various corporate events and activities.</li></ul>&nbsp;Application:&nbsp;If you are a motivated Accountant and Payroll Specialist professional specialising in payroll looking to advance your career and join a dynamic and growing team, please submit your resume, cover letter, and references to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:recruitment@splcy.com?subject=AccPayroll/1/2025">recruitment@splcy.com</a>.
