As part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, we embody a distinctive character and personalised service, creating authentic and memorable experiences for every guest.This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our next chapter and shape the guest experience in one of the island’s most iconic hospitality settings.&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Supervises daily shifts, assists in providing direction for all day-to-day operations, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.</li><li>Ensures compliance with all food &amp; beverage policies, quality standards, and procedures by training, supervising, following-up, and employing hands-on management.</li><li>Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.</li><li>Manages service delivery in the bar to ensure excellent service from point of entry to departure.</li><li>Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.</li><li>Reviews staffing levels and supports scheduling to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.</li><li>Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service, and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality related field is preferred</li><li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the in the Hospitality Industry in 4- or 5-star Hotels&nbsp;</li><li>Previous experience with Marriott standards will be considered as an advantage</li><li>Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken</li><li>Outstanding communication and organizational skills</li><li>Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management</li><li>Budgeting skills to control costs</li><li>Strong background in HACCP procedures</li><li>Excellent leadership, management, and team building skills</li></ul>How to Apply Please submit your CV outlining your interest and suitability for the role to <a href="mailto:careers@thelandmarknicosia.com">careers@thelandmarknicosia.com</a>, with subject: “Bar Supervisor” by 07/08/2025.&nbsp;&nbsp;Thank you for considering this opportunity and for taking the time to apply.&nbsp;&nbsp;While we appreciate all applications, only those selected for further consideration will be contacted.
