This role offers a unique opportunity to advance healthcare while building a rewarding career.&nbsp;Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Strategy Implementation: Co-develop &amp; execute Strategy &amp; priorities for products, according to Roche Hellas’ Outcome Based Planning (OBP).</li><li>Healthcare Engagement: Foster relationships with Physicians, nursing staff, Pharmacists, and Key Stakeholders, including national committees and health authorities.</li><li>Product Launches: Collaborate with portfolio teams and Product owners to ensure successful product introductions in an omnichannel approach.</li><li>Events &amp; Education: Organize and participate in Local as well as Global congresses, events, and lead educational activities.</li><li>Customer Engagement: Understand stakeholders &amp; develop an engagement strategy in an omnichannel approach to provide the right content at the right channel at the right time.</li><li>Data &amp; Insights: Collect insights, analyse market trends, maintain up-to-date therapeutic knowledge and identify business risks &amp; opportunities</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with Roche Hellas teams to develop business strategies, partnership opportunities, negotiation preparations, and material submissions.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Engage with Disease area teams, propose new ideas, execute on agreed actions &amp; continuously learn about our upcoming pipeline.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry)</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Representative</li><li>Experience in Neuroscience would be considered a strong asset</li><li>Excellent command of Greek and English</li><li>Proficient in PC, Windows, and MS Office 365</li><li>Licensed to practice as a Medical Representative</li><li>Outstanding communication and presentation skills</li><li>Valid vehicle driving license</li></ul>&nbsp;Location:&nbsp;The Client's offices are in Nicosia, but the position is Pancyprian.&nbsp;Remuneration:An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate based on qualifications and experience including a competitive salary, bonus, petrol, car leasing, phone, medical insurance,&nbsp;business trip expenses&nbsp;and an opportunity to engage with cutting-edge pharmaceutical and medical innovations in multiple disease areas.&nbsp;TO APPLY CLICK <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://app.ismartrecruit.com/jobDescription?x=E7pcmVkaHJzb2x1dGlvbnMubmV0XzgxMl9QUk9NT1RFVVJMX2VuQ9e">HERE</a>&nbsp;Apply now in strict confidence.Only successful candidates will be contacted.
