The successful candidate will be responsible to manage, organize, supervise and coordinate the Accounting Department. If you have the necessary skills and experience, we look forward to receiving your CV.&nbsp;Your Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage, organize, supervise and coordinate the Accounting Department</li><li>Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions</li><li>Review management accounts and reports on monthly/quarterly/annual basis</li><li>Review the month end close process</li><li>Review quarterly VAT forms, VIES, Intrastat and Tax returns prepared for the local tax authorities</li><li>Manage the preparation of all relevant reports in order to liaise and comply with requirements set by external auditors, regulatory authorities and all related governmental bodies</li><li>Communication with internal and external customers and vendors for exchange of information and resolving any issues identified</li><li>Adhering to the policies and procedures of the Company and Finance department</li><li>Perform other ad-hoc as assigned by the Senior Finance Manager/CFO</li></ul>&nbsp;Our proposition:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Annual bonus scheme</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Attractive benefits with comprehensive medical and life insurances and provident fund</li><li>Company telecom products with free mobile and internet lines and exclusive discounts for our services with maximum monthly total value of 120 euros</li><li>Opportunity for a sustainable career and continuously building skills and expertise in a dynamic technology sector</li><li>Hybrid workplace model with remote work two days per week</li></ul>&nbsp;Your Profile:<ul><li>BSc Degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, or any other relevant field</li><li>Qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA)</li><li>Very good knowledge of IFRSs and taxation</li><li>At least two years’ experience in similar position</li><li>Excellent communications skills both written and verbal in English and Greek</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., Power query/Power pivots)</li><li>Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, or similar ERP systems)</li><li>Multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines</li><li>Strategic and analytical thinking, problem solving and result oriented</li><li>Strong ability to lead, coach and influence people and teams</li><li>Excellent managerial, planning and organising skills</li></ul>&nbsp;Applications:&nbsp; All interested candidates should send their CVs to <a href="mailto:career@epic.com.cy">career@epic.com.cy</a> stating the job title in the subject line.&nbsp;
