Primary duties - Personal driver:<ul><li>Safely and timely drive the employer&nbsp;to local destinations as instructed&nbsp;</li><li>Safely drive the employer’s relatives, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the employer</li><li>Ensure that the car is always clean by regularly taking it for wash</li><li>Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in great condition</li><li>Report promptly for any issues (mechanical, electrical, body, damages) identified on the vehicles under his responsibility</li><li>Consider different routes, check climate, and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take</li><li>Keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours</li><li>Personal Driver for the Shareholder in accordance to Shareholder's schedule and needs.&nbsp;</li><li>Daily care (i.e. arrange for cleaning, maintenance and repairs) of all the personal vehicles of the Shareholder</li></ul>&nbsp;Secondary duties - Head of Garage:<ul><li>Frequent checks and care (i.e. arrange for maintenance and repairs) for the corporate vehicle fleet of the company</li><li>Weekly and monthly reports in relation to the condition of the vehicles</li><li>Monthly fuel reports</li><li>Monthly expenses reports</li><li>Proceedings for vehicle Insurance and MOTs renewals</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid driver's licenses.</li><li>Prior experience as a personal driver is advantageous.</li><li>Thorough understanding of road regulations.</li><li>Clear criminal record.</li><li>Neatly presented and professional.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.</li><li>Punctual and reliable.</li><li>Ability to work during evenings and on weekends, as required.</li><li>Fluent in English language.</li><li>Non-smoker during driving days</li><li>Trustworthy and loyal</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Medical coverage</li><li>Permanent contract</li><li>Discretionary bonus</li><li>Competitive salary</li></ul>
