This role involves supervising maids, a chef, and other household staff, while also being hands-on and ready to assist with daily tasks when needed. A background in the hospitality industry is strongly preferred.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and coordinate the work of maids, chef, and other household staff</li><li>Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the home</li><li>Create and manage cleaning schedules, task lists, and household supply inventories</li><li>Train and support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service</li><li>Step in to perform housekeeping or other duties when necessary</li><li>Communicate with the household owner(s) to ensure expectations are met</li><li>Oversee laundry, wardrobe care, and maintenance of fine materials and furnishings</li><li>Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., maintenance, deliveries)</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury household or high-end hospitality setting</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>Hands-on, proactive, and flexible approach to work</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management abilities</li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to quality</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of privacy</li><li>Experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels, resorts, private estates) will be considered as an advantage</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Medical coverage</li><li>Permanent contract</li><li>Discretionary bonus</li><li>Competitive salary</li></ul>
