Currently,&nbsp;bbf:&nbsp;is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a&nbsp;Russian Speaking Lawyer&nbsp;to join our team in&nbsp;Limassol.&nbsp;Main Tasks and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Drafting and/or reviewing sale agreements, services agreements, management and/or rental agreements, power of attorneys and any other legal documents.</li><li>Handling and/or coordinating with external advisors about various corporate issues.</li><li>Undertaking filing, scanning, electronic filing and any other organization task.</li><li>Participating in meetings and having ongoing communication with clients, banks, and other relevant authorities.</li><li>Communicating with clients for the sales process, vat procedures and other relevant procedure</li><li>Undertaking any other legal administrative responsibilities, according to the needs of the Group</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements for the position:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Additional certification or coursework in Legal Studies, Compliance, or Corporate Governance will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Strong proficiency in MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory; knowledge of Greek is considered as an advantage.</li><li>High level of stress resistance and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.</li><li>Teamwork-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.</li></ul>&nbsp;We offer:<ul><li>Competitive and attractive compensation.</li><li>Young, dynamic and friendly working environment.</li><li>Fast-growing company with potential career perspectives.</li><li>Interesting and challenging daily tasks within various departments of the company.</li></ul>At&nbsp;bbf:, our&nbsp;values&nbsp;shape everything we do.We are&nbsp;sharp&nbsp;in our thinking,&nbsp;creative&nbsp;in our approach, and&nbsp;emotionally intelligent&nbsp;in how we connect with others.
