ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client,&nbsp;a leading provider of digital transformation services, is seeking an experienced and motivated&nbsp;Business Analyst&nbsp;to join their&nbsp;team&nbsp;in Nicosia, Cyprus. &nbsp;Business Analyst - (Ref. code: 5970/BA/ESS/POL) Role Summary: Our client, a dynamic and trusted provider of digital transformation services, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their team in Nicosia, Cyprus. In this role, you will play a key part in bridging business needs and technical solutions, collaborating with both internal teams and external clients. You’ll contribute across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and analysis to delivery and testing, ensuring that client goals are clearly understood, effectively designed, and successfully implemented. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as the link between stakeholders and technical teams to gather, validate, and translate business needs into clear requirements.</li><li>Analyze and document workflows, processes, system interactions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Support business process improvement and assist in solution design.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Assist in the creation of test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li><li>Help project managers with documentation, progress tracking, and change control processes.</li><li>Prepare data-driven reports and insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.</li></ul>Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or Business Administration.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis, process design, or project coordination.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.</li><li>Excellent analytical thinking, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when needed.</li><li>Industry certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum, or similar will be an advantage.</li><li>Experience working on IT projects in both the public and private sectors.</li><li>Understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).</li></ul>Interested candidates should apply <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17525866275190037257jvi?source=Ergodotisi">here</a>
