We are looking to hire a talented Senior Technical Support Engineer for our Security &amp; Smart Home Division.The position involves providing technical support to our B2B customers for the Security &amp; Smart Home products distributed by the company in the Cyprus market. Some of the major brands are: Dahua, Ajax Security, Sonoff, Reolink, Woox etc&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide technical support and service by phone, email or in person to customers for the products concerned</li><li>Regularly update your knowledge about the products offered by the company and the relevant technologies involved</li><li>Provide before sales advice to customers and assist with the selection and planning of solutions for small and medium size projects</li><li>Provide after sales support for products and be involved in the process of the repair and/or programming of faulty equipment in consultation with manufacturers</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Degree in Electrical Engineering</li><li>Good knowledge of networks and networking equipment</li><li>Previous experience of at least 10 years with CCTV &amp; Smart Home Products</li><li>Customer Service Oriented</li><li>Team Player</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office</li></ul>Job Information<ul><li>Monday to Friday 8.00 am–5.00 pm Saturday 8.00 am to 1.00pm</li><li>Salary Range: €2,200 to €2,800 (based on Knowledge and Experience)</li><li>Yearly Bonus based on achieving company targets</li><li>Regular training provided by company’s vendors and relevant organizations</li><li>Yearly holidays: 28days</li></ul>Please send your cv to <a href="mailto:talent@mstronics.com">talent@mstronics.com</a>
