Join Our Team as a Delicatessen Supervisor at Ararat Signature Collection!&nbsp;Responsibilities:• Supervise the daily operations of the food and beverage vendor team, ensuring product quality and timely delivery.• Oversee the preparation, packaging, and display of food and beverage products for sale.• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards in the preparation and handling of food and beverages.• Maintain inventory control and collaborate with vendors to ensure adequate stock levels.• Monitor vendor performance and coordinate product delivery schedules to ensure punctuality and efficiency.• Collaborate with the shop team to optimize product presentation and availability.• Provide guidance and support to the vendor team, ensuring high levels of customer service and product knowledge.• Assist with reporting and analyzing vendor performance, identifying areas for improvement.&nbsp;Qualifications:• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.• Strong leadership and team management skills.• Excellent knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and quality control standards.• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both vendors and customers.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.• Basic financial and accounting knowledge for vendor-related transactions.• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and evenings.&nbsp;Benefits:• Attractive salary package based on qualifications and experience.• 13th salary.• Career progression opportunities within a prestigious hospitality company.• Comprehensive training and induction programs.• Experience with a high-profile luxury hospitality brand (equivalent to 5* hotels).• Group-wide professional development opportunities.• Free daily meals.&nbsp;How to Apply:All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
