Secretary On behalf of a client, a well-established clinic in Nicosia, we are currently seeking for a Secretary to join their team and support their operation. Position’s Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing reception area and creating a welcoming atmosphere</li><li>Schedule and coordinate patient appointments using our digital booking system</li><li>Maintain absolute confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information</li><li>Organize and update electronic and physical medical records, reports, and invoices</li><li>Navigate the GESY portal to upload and manage laboratory results efficiently</li><li>Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize doctors' schedules</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email communications</li><li>Prepare and process medical documentation according to clinic protocols</li></ul> Position’s Requirements<ul><li>Diploma in Office Administration, Secretarial studies, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent practical experience</li><li>Previous experience working in a hospital, clinic, or medical office setting will be considered an advantage</li><li>Customer service background with a focus on delivering exceptional care</li><li>Experience with electronic medical record systems will be considered an advantage</li><li>Basic understanding of medical terminology</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English (written and verbal communication)</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Proven experience with the GESY healthcare portal</li><li>Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail, particularly when handling medical documentation</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Professional demeanour with a patient-centred approach</li></ul> Employer’s Details Benefits<ul><li>End of Year Bonus</li></ul>Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 15:30 or 11:30 – 19:30&nbsp;If you are interested, please submit your CV via the provided link: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17527421874090069663qzv">https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17527421874090069663qzv</a>
