Laboratory Technologist Our client, an established clinic, is currently seeking for a professional individual for the role of Laboratory Assistant to join their team in Nicosia. Position’s Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform laboratory tests including pre- and post-analytic phases (hematological, chemical, etc.)</li><li>Prepare samples/specimens</li><li>Collect blood (venesection*), label, and prepare samples for hematological and chemical tests</li><li>Produce accurate and reliable data and interpret results</li><li>Follow methodologies in carrying routine tasks</li><li>Prepare reagents, manage inventory, and assist senior staff as needed</li><li>Record test results in the lab information system and maintain accurate documentation.</li><li>Upload lab results in GESY portal.</li><li>Adhere to correct procedures, policies and health/safety guidelines</li><li>Keep abreast of all industry developments and best practices</li><li>Document all activities, record results and insert/retrieve data</li><li>Participate in quality control procedures and report anomalies</li><li>Maintain work area and equipment.
