The company’s main areas of focus are fund research, portfolio and risk advice, FinTech and implementation.&nbsp;&nbsp;Albourne’s company in Nicosia opened in 1998 and it provides back office and IT services to the regulated companies of the Albourne group; it currently has over 200 dynamic employees and we are looking to have more to join our teams across various functions.​What We Offer<ul><li>Career growth and tools for ongoing learning and development</li><li>Medical insurance for you and your dependents</li><li>Provident fund</li><li>Yearly bonus dependent upon performance and company growth</li><li>Opportunity for international travel</li><li>5 additional service recognition holidays in surplus to standard annual leave</li><li>Albourne Training Days (minimum of 40 hours per year)</li><li>Free office parking</li></ul>&nbsp;Accountabilities&nbsp;Additional Billing:<ul><li>Manage the monthly additional billing by generating customer invoices from internal database.</li><li>Create and supervise tickets for billing-related issues or feature enhancements.</li><li>Coordinate with development teams to track and ensure timely resolution of billing-related tickets.</li><li>Reconcile data between the systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of billing information.</li></ul>Technical Support:<ul><li>Provide first-line support for accounting software Sage X3, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.</li><li>Oversee related systems (expense claims, financial reporting, mass document printing, and various Excel add-ins to ensure seamless integration)</li><li>Administrate relevant tickets within the internal ticketing system.</li></ul>System Maintenance and Data Integrity:<ul><li>Perform regular checks to ensure system performance and the schedulers run smooth imports and exports between accounting and other internal and external systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve error logs by investigating issues such as failed imports, scheduler errors, and reprocess the affected tasks as needed.</li><li>Support the generation of financial reports by ensuring data accuracy and updating historical data with accurate statistical values for reporting needs.</li></ul>User Training and Assistance:<ul><li>Deliver training sessions to new team members to ensure their continuous growth and maintain updated user manuals</li></ul>&nbsp;Who You Are&nbsp;<ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education or experience.</li><li>Requires 2+ years software development experience with a focus on Accounting systems.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL and foundational programming/scripting skills (having knowledge of APIs, PowerBI and database administration is a plus).</li><li>Superior communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Must be a team player.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet stated deadlines.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong ability to multi-task and set priorities.</li><li>Strong System literacy (Microsoft 365 Apps, MS Excel(pivots, formulas), Windows Scheduler)</li><li>Abide by the Communication Group policies and procedures as well as the Albourne Group’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to compliance reporting, internal database filing, Information, Communications &amp; Cyber Security Policy, Expense &amp; Travel Policy, etc.</li><li>Comply with terms of Albourne Compliance Manuals and Group Policies</li><li>Attend company events upon request.</li></ul>&nbsp;What You’ll Enjoy<ul><li>A supportive, multi-cultural work environment</li><li>Freedom to work independently, problem-solve and come up with creative solutions to complete tasks within required deadlines</li><li>Explore different roles within Albourne after you master your current role.
