Location: Limassol, Cyprus Personal Assistant to CEO, Limassol An innovative, fast-growing and progressive investment firm is seeking to recruit a highly experienced, responsible Personal Assistant to join their team of professionals. This represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to further develop their career with one of the fast-growing investment firms operating in Cyprus. Duties &amp; Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external contacts, ensuring effective communication for everyone involved. -Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO, ensuring prompt responses and appropriate filtering of information. -Maintain and organize the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. -Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. -Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions. -Ensure timely completion of tasks and project-related deadlines. -Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Our requirements: -Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. -Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to Senior Management. -Good command of the English (Russian would be a plus) both verbal and written -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office. -Exceptional organizational and time management skills. -Strong attention to detail and accuracy. -Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. -Discretion and trustworthiness in dealing with confidential information. -Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
