With over 4 years in the market, we’ve built a strong team of 20+ professionals! Our core services include full legal support for large companies—from company and trademark registration to obtaining various licenses and developing business strategies. As Legarithm is now entering a phase of significant expansion, we are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our team.&nbsp;What we value:<ul><li>Fluent English (written and spoken)</li><li>Availability of a lawyer's certificate СBA (mandatory requirement)</li><li>Proven experience in a similar position</li><li>Understanding of the general principles and practical application of Cyprus tax law</li><li>Excellent knowledge of how the Cyprus Registrar of Companies operates</li><li>Higher education in Law</li><li>Responsible and detail-oriented approach to tasks</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Experience in drafting corporate documents (Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&amp;AoA), resolutions, minutes, IoT)</li><li>Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts (SPA, SA, SSA)</li><li>Experience with obtaining BFU status and registering companies as employers</li></ul> Would be a plus:<ul><li>AML certificate by CBA/SySec</li><li>Understanding of the nuances of Cyprus legislation</li><li>Experience working with offshore companies and relevant laws</li></ul>Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Daily communication with partners, agents, and clients</li><li>Submitting documents for changes in director, shareholder, or company name</li><li>Liaising with local contractors</li><li>Communicating with banks on behalf of clients (e.g., account opening or closure)</li><li>Companys incorporations</li><li>Preparing and submitting necessary documentation to relevant authorities</li><li>Filing reports</li><li>Registering companies on tax platforms (taxforall, taxportal, taxisnet, sisweb, ergani)</li><li>Drafting corporate documents, working with notaries</li><li>Supporting other Legarithm departments on legal matters</li><li>Assisting colleagues in collecting necessary documentation from clients for AML and KYC procedures</li><li>Visiting local authorities (when needed)</li><li>Handling other administrative tasks, such as migration matters or participation in non-domicile applications</li></ul>&nbsp;We offer:<ul><li>Hybrid work schedule after the probation period</li><li>Comfortable and conveniently located office</li><li>Work in a dynamic and modern industry</li><li>Supportive management and trust-based environment</li><li>Well-established internal infrastructure</li><li>Engaging international-level cases</li><li>Opportunity to implement your own ideas and vision</li></ul> We’re excited to meet our future colleague! &nbsp;
