At FxPro, we see each team member as an integral part of our success story. As a&nbsp;Junior IT Support Technician,&nbsp;you will be part of our fast-growing IT department. You will work closely with other teams while also serving as the primary point of contact for support requests and error reports from employees. &nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Set up new user accounts and machines</li><li>Install and maintain hardware/software components on user PCs</li><li>Keep operating systems and software updated and patched to maintain user-level security</li><li>Replace defective hardware or systems when needed</li><li>Act as the first point of contact for error reporting and end-user support</li><li>Assist users in operating software and computer equipment</li><li>Maintain an up-to-date inventory of software and hardware</li><li>Collaborate with the network team to manage Telephony systems</li><li>Maintain IoT devices (e.g., video conferencing systems, printers, etc.)</li><li>Work with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve system/network issues</li><li>Record and update IT support tickets in the Jira Ticketing System</li><li>Manage the company’s physical access control system</li><li>Update and review technical documentation</li><li>Carry out other tasks as assigned occasionally</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>University degree in Computer Science or a related IT field</li><li>Excellent English language skills</li><li>At least one year of experience in a similar role</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems (MacOS knowledge is a plus)</li><li>Basic understanding of computer hardware</li><li>Knowledge of Windows Active Directory</li><li>Good knowledge of Office365 and Google Workspace applications</li></ul>Our benefits<ul><li>Medical insurance;</li><li>Provident fund;</li><li>In-house gym with a personal trainer;</li><li>Free daily lunch catering, snacks, and beverages;</li><li>Company discount card for various products &amp; services;</li><li>21 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave annually;</li><li>Shuttle bus service from Limassol;</li><li>Birthday gift</li></ul>&nbsp;If you feel that this is the job for you, please follow <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://fxpro.bamboohr.com/careers/595?source=aWQ9MTI%3D">this link</a> to apply directly!
