Kean Soft Drinks LTD, Trading division, part of the KEAN GROUP, which is a leading and well known producer of juices and soft drinks in Cyprus, is looking to recruit a highly motivated and resulted-oriented Trade Marketing &amp; Sales Development Officer for handling part of the company’s trading product portfolio, mainly Foods.Some of our trading brands are HEINZ, KRI KRI, Kouroushis Dairy, Amoy, Calvo, ZOI Juices, VICI etc The position has a working base in our commercial offices at Dali Industrial area, Nicosia, with a focus on specific brands and products of our company. The person hired for this position will be responsible for actively participating in the overall planning and business development for brands and products as well as preparing and executing sales and promotional plans in the market. In addition, the person in charge is expected to offer an extensive and substantial support to the sales team.&nbsp;KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Setting and achieving Targets per brand/ category/ customer·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Brand &amp; Sales Management and Support·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Business &amp; Trade Development (Key Accounts, Key business categories)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Reporting &amp; Research&nbsp;IN DETAIL – JOB DESCRIPTION – DUTIES<ul><li>Sales Targets and Profitability</li><li>Brand Sales Development and Hands On Trade Marketing</li><li>Key Customers Performance Evaluation and Analysis (Profitability, Product Mix etc)</li><li>Communication with suppliers and customers, media, ad agencies, graphic designers and any other people related to the business</li><li>Creating, Designing and Implementing Marketing and Promotional plans with our sales team and customers</li><li>Regular trade and customer visits/ market knowledge</li><li>Trade data collection and retail audit performance analysis</li><li>Sales Training &amp; Presentations, Promo Activities Evaluation, Setting of Monthly &amp; Annual Sales Targets</li></ul>&nbsp;REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Very good analytical and communication skills (Reporting, Research, evaluation etc)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent / advanced knowledge of Windows, i.e. Excel ADVANCE, Power Point &amp; ERP system·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Hands on and Personal knowledge of the FMCG trade &amp; Retailers with good Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Initiative, Results Driven and hardworking individual·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Higher Educational Background in Marketing, Sales or Related Business Field·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; At least 2-3 Years’ Experience in a similar position·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluent in both English and Greek language&nbsp;If interested, please send your CV to <a href="mailto:a.adamou@keantrading.com">a.adamou@keantrading.com</a> by August 25th 2025.For any additional information, please call at 22-364800We will only respond to those applications that meet the above criteria.
