Cobol Engineering is a construction company based in Larnaca. We are currently looking to recruit an&nbsp;Architect to join our small and fast-growing team with potential career perspectives.This is a great opportunity to oversee the delivery of large and prestigious developments (The Ring-Meneou) in Cyprus&nbsp;and/or abroad from inception to completion and to gain on-site experience.The right candidate must have a positive attitude towards challenging tasks and an outstanding attention to detail.&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field.</li><li>3-5 years of experience.</li><li>Must understand the practice of architecture, project delivery, and modern construction methods.</li><li>Proficient with&nbsp;AutoCAD along with a good knowledge of Revit&nbsp;.</li><li>Experience liaising with other consultants to ensure building regulation compliance.</li><li>In depth construction knowledge and documentation preparation.</li><li>Have a great work ethic and collaborative teamwork skills.</li><li>Great time management and organisational skills.</li><li>Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and rigorous environment with tight deadlines in periods.</li><li>Excellent problem solver and strong follow through.</li><li>Focused and proactive individual.</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.</li></ul>Knowledge of the following software is an advantage:<ul><li>Navisworks.</li><li>Revit MEP.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design coordination.</li><li>Preparation of technical details and construction drawings.</li><li>Preparation of BOQs using Revit schedules.</li><li>3D Clash detection.</li><li>Maintain and coordinate REVIT models to a high standard of accuracy and in accordance with BIM procedures.</li><li>Provide technical input into the planning and delivery of projects and ensure documents and design information achieves the desired outcome.</li><li>On-site construction progress supervision when/if necessary.</li><li>Report to the Design Manager.</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Excellent growth opportunities.</li><li>Competitive remuneration package based on experience.</li><li>Flexible working hours.</li></ul>Interested candidates should submit their CV and portfolio&nbsp;at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@cobol-eng.com">jobs@cobol-eng.com</a>&nbsp;(Attachments should not exceed 20MB.)Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.All applicants will be treated in strict confidentiality.
