VACANCYLouis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels &amp; resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at one Ivi Mare hotel in Paphos hotels as the Bar Manager and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Organize and oversee the bars operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to standard operating procedures.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure that all drinks and cocktails are prepared as per the original recipes.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Set the highest standards for service excellence and ensure that the bars team delivers exceptional guest experiences.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor guest feedback and take immediate action to address any issues or concerns, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify training needs and coordinate training initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of the bars team.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Motivate the team and ensure that beverage quality standards are always met.<ul><li>Adhere to the hotel's policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Environment and Health and Safety.&nbsp;</li><li>Is a hands-on manager and is always present in the outlets during operational periods.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel.&nbsp;</li><li>A Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>Excellent command of the English language.
