As an Account Manager, you will be a part of the team focusing on managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving account growth.<ul><li>Build, maintain and retain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the GCC Region.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, promoting the products of the company.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.</li><li>Adhere all Company’s policies and procedures and client communication guidelines.</li><li>Meet monthly individual and team goals.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Forex industry.</li><li>Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.</li></ul>PERSON SPECIFICATION:<ul><li>2-5 years' proven experience as an Account Manager within the&nbsp;Forex/FinTech&nbsp;industry.</li><li>Business fluency in the&nbsp;German&nbsp;and&nbsp;English&nbsp;language.
