Sales Executive&nbsp; On behalf of a client, a well-established company operating in the ICT industry, we are currently seeking a talented, motivated and self-driven Sales Executive to join their team. &nbsp; Objective The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging with potential clients, driving sales activities, generating leads, and building relationships with clients to achieve the company’s sales objectives. Position’s Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Promote and sell the full range of ECM (Enterprise Content Management) department products and solutions to new and existing clients.</li><li>Identify, approach, and develop business relationships with key decision-makers within target industries, leveraging an established professional network.</li><li>Conduct in-depth needs analysis for prospective clients, aligning ECM, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and workflow solutions to their business requirements.</li><li>Deliver confident, tailored presentations and product demonstrations to senior executives and client teams, often to audiences with significant industry experience.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to prepare customized proposals and ensure client requirements are fully addressed.</li><li>Achieve and exceed sales targets for ECM product lines, contributing to the department’s overall growth objectives.</li><li>Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments in ECM, RPA, and workflow automation.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting ECM solutions and expanding the client base.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for ECM product lines</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp; Position’s Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT solutions, with a strong track record in the financial, banking, or insurance industries.</li><li>Demonstrated network and established client relationships within financial services, banking, or insurance sectors.</li><li>Deep understanding of enterprise content management systems, document management, RPA, and workflow automation technologies.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to high-level decision-makers.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek language.</li><li>Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.</li></ul> Employer’s Details Benefits<ul><li>13th salary</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Private Medical scheme</li><li>Continuous training and development opportunities</li><li>21 days annual leave (increasing with tenure)</li><li>Paternity/Maternity leave with full salary</li><li>Educational leave</li><li>Wedding leave</li><li>Excellent working environment</li></ul>If you are interested in the position, please submit your CV via the provided link: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17538732077310069663ZNa">https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17538732077310069663ZNa</a>
