SCOPE OF JOB&nbsp;The scope of this role is to manage and coordinate all warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient, timely, and safe handling, storage, and transportation of goods. The Warehouse and Logistics Manager will oversee daily activities, implement operational improvements, manage staff performance, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;Reports to: Purchasing Manager&nbsp;&nbsp;MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES&nbsp;<ul><li>&nbsp;Overseeing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of goods&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring accurate stock levels, implementing inventory control procedures, and optimizing storage space&nbsp;</li><li>Managing the transportation of goods, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring timely delivery to customers&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment, and implementing safety procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement&nbsp;</li><li>Motivating, training, and managing warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment&nbsp;</li><li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers&nbsp;</li><li>Managing the warehouse budget, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction&nbsp;</li><li>Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;&nbsp;Level of Experience&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven experience in similar role.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).&nbsp;</li><li>Forklift operation certification is an advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse management systems is an advantage.&nbsp;</li></ul>Skills &amp; Knowledge&nbsp;<ul><li>Fluent in Greek and English.&nbsp;</li><li>Good knowledge of health &amp; safety, hygiene and licensing regulations&nbsp;</li><li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.&nbsp;</li><li>Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve lifting, moving, and handling heavy objects.&nbsp;</li><li>Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing circumstances.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent time management skills&nbsp;</li></ul>Personality characteristics&nbsp;<ul><li>Team spirit&nbsp;</li><li>Attention to detail.&nbsp;</li><li>Ethical conduct and integrity&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp; BENEFITS&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.&nbsp;</li><li>Accommodation offered on request.&nbsp;</li><li>Paid annual leave.&nbsp;</li><li>5 days per week working schedule.&nbsp;</li><li>Free meal while on duty&nbsp;</li><li>Up to 15 % discount on company brands (Pizza Express, Marzano, Columbia Beach, La Boca, Columbia Steak House, Pokeloha, Columbia Confectionery, Columbia Beach Resort, House &amp; Garden, Columbia Sun)&nbsp;</li><li>Training and development opportunities&nbsp;</li><li>Career advancement opportunities&nbsp;</li></ul>All applications will be treated with the strictest confidence.&nbsp;Interested applicants may email their CV at <a href="mailto:jobs@columbia-restaurants.com">jobs@columbia-restaurants.com</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;
