Responsible to the commercial manager and working in collaboration with other team members, a commercial analyst assists in the examination of a contract’s terms and conditions, ensuring that any set rules are abided by and conform to GENPRO’s Standards. The commercial analyst analyses and assembles data, analyses suppliers’ service delivery, performs evaluations and present reports that help GENPRO to remain competitive and compliant with its obligations towards its Members.&nbsp;The Commercial Data Analyst is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:<ul><li>Analyse and monitor market’s development and its impact on KPI’s;</li><li>Identify trends and variations</li><li>Analyse Product Consumption Trends through in-depth analysis and business analytics</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on KPI’s, revenues, campaigns progress</li><li>Prepare monthly statistics and other relevant reports</li><li>Prepare Annual Statistics (Consumption Supplier) Statistics</li><li>Prepare Forecasts</li><li>Supporting Supplier evaluation and auditing processes</li><li>Work with the Member where and if required to build efficient metrics</li><li>Support the Commercial teams on data gathering and ad hoc analysis</li><li>Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy</li><li>Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s Operating Manual and policies.</li></ul>Requirements and Qualifications:<ul><li>Ideally Degree in Shipping or Statistical Analysis.</li><li>2 years experience in a similar key role within industry.</li><li>Strong analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to identify problems and needs and provide resolution.</li><li>Excellent MS Office Excel skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Office applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint, etc. – essential</li><li>Out of the Box thinker.</li></ul>To apply, please click here: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://columbiagroup.org/job/commercial-data-analyst-columbia-group/">Commercial Data Analyst (Columbia Group)</a>
