Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage group companies bank accounts, maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions</li><li>Check group counterparties and individual transactions to ensure compliance with current sanctions (prior experience is not required, employee will be trained)</li><li>Ensure KYC processes with counterparties</li><li>Work with client/supplier contracts</li><li>Work with fiduciaries, accounting firms in various jurisdictions</li></ul>&nbsp;The employee:<ul><li>Written and spoken Russian language is required</li><li>You will have excellent communication skills, since your job would require maintaining relationships with a number of external parties</li><li>You will have high attention to detail, as you will need to deal with corporate documentation</li><li>You will interact with all the group offices during the course of you work</li><li>This position is based in Cyprus and will be part of local team but also in daily communication directly with the top management based outside of Cyprus</li></ul>&nbsp;The group:The group operates in shipping industry for over 2 decades and today runs from several offices globally. The wider team consists of very diversified environment with 10 different nationalities across all the offices.
