Join NAGA! We are currently seeking a&nbsp;Senior Project Manager&nbsp;to join our talented team. Location:&nbsp;Bucharest(RO)/Limassol(CY) – 4 days on-site + 1 day WFH Responsibilities: &nbsp;<ul><li>Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional projects including new product rollouts, platform enhancements, regulatory initiatives, and operational transformations.</li><li>Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.</li><li>Manage resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget control throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Drive alignment across departments such as product, marketing, legal, compliance, finance, and technology.</li><li>Ensure projects meet regulatory standards and documentation requirements (e.g., ESMA, CySEC, FCA, MiFID II). Provide regular project updates and executive reporting using tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Asana.</li><li>Continuously improve delivery frameworks, team workflows, and cross-team communication.</li></ul>Requirements: &nbsp;<ul><li>3+ years of experience in CFD/FX brokerage or neo-banking environments.</li><li>4+ years of proven experience in project management, with successful delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of online brokerage operations, trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5), onboarding/KYC processes, and fintech infrastructure.</li><li>Experience delivering projects in regulated financial services environments.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.</li><li>Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.</li><li>Relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum are a plus.</li></ul> Benefits: &nbsp;<ul><li>Global Career Evolution:&nbsp;Ready to grow fast and achieve your dreams?
