JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;<ul><li>Responding to agent and client’s enquiries</li><li>Arranging and assisting in property viewings</li><li>Promote properties</li><li>Establishing relationships with new customers</li><li>Maintain contact with existing and new Real estates representatives/associates</li><li>Keeping a high level of knowledge about existing and future projects of the company</li><li>Responsible for updating company’s document management system</li></ul>&nbsp;JOB REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;<ul><li>A School Degree/College Degree/University Degree is required;</li><li>At least 1 years of relevant professional experience is mandatory;</li><li>Must be willing to be trained;</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English language (verbal and written communication skills); Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered as advantage</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).</li><li>Driving License is a must</li></ul>&nbsp;PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:&nbsp;<ul><li>Highly-organized, polite, kind and responsible person;</li><li>Excellent, communication, PR and relationship-building skills;</li><li>Self-motivated, adaptable and resilience person;</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and within time limits;</li><li>Professionalism, integrity, honesty.</li></ul>&nbsp;REMUNERATION:&nbsp;A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.&nbsp;Interested applicants should email their CV to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:info@africanosproperties.com">info@africanosproperties.com</a>&nbsp;quoting “Sales Representative” on the subject.&nbsp;All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.&nbsp; Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.
