The role involves working closely with senior project managers and technical consultants, gaining exposure to all phases of real estate development—from permitting to construction and delivery.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support senior project managers in daily coordination and reporting</li><li>Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones and deliverables</li><li>Communicate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and authorities</li><li>Attend site meetings and follow up on execution progress</li><li>Help prepare technical documentation, tender packages, and compliance reports</li><li>Monitor timelines, budgets, and site logistics under supervision</li><li>Maintain project records and filing systems</li><li>Escalate risks, delays, or quality concerns to the project team</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>2–4 years of experience&nbsp;in construction, architecture, or project support</li><li>Educational background in&nbsp;Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline</li><li>Prior experience assisting in the delivery of real estate or construction projects</li><li>Fluent English&nbsp;(written and spoken);&nbsp;Russian and/or Greek&nbsp;are an advantage</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or project planning tools is a plus</li><li>Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail</li></ul>&nbsp;Compensation<ul><li>Competitive salary, depending on experience and qualifications</li><li>Performance-based milestone bonuses&nbsp;tied to project goals and team contribution</li><li>Clear path for professional growth into full project management roles</li><li>Cozy modern office in the center of Paphos</li></ul>
