We are committed to design excellence, sustainable construction, and delivering top-tier properties that set new benchmarks in quality and livability.&nbsp;Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver residential development projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle – from planning and permitting to construction, handover, and post-delivery coordination.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage all phases of residential construction projects from A to Z</li><li>Coordinate design, permitting, tendering, procurement, and execution stages</li><li>Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers</li><li>Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure quality and efficiency</li><li>Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with design and technical specifications</li><li>Maintain communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and local authorities</li><li>Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and handover documentation</li><li>Ensure safety, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness of the project execution</li></ul> Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project management or as a project manager’s assistant</li><li>Proven track record of delivering residential and commercial projects from start to finish</li><li>Educational background in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or related field)</li><li>Fluent English; Russian and/or Greek is an advantage</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Knowledge of construction processes, permits, and local standards in Cyprus is a plus</li><li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul> Compensation<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Annual bonuses linked to project deliverables and efficiency</li><li>Opportunity to work on prestigious development projects with a passionate, professional team</li><li>Cozy modern office in the center of Paphos</li><li>Social pack</li></ul>
