ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client,&nbsp;an international company,&nbsp;is seeking an experienced and motivated ​​​​​​Sales Director&nbsp;to join their team in Cyprus. &nbsp;Sales Director&nbsp;- (Ref. code: 5986/SD/ESS/CY) &nbsp;Location:&nbsp;Nicosia, Cyprus Role Overview: Reporting directly to the CEO, the&nbsp;Sales Director&nbsp;will act as a&nbsp;trusted Commercial advisor and Revenue generator&nbsp;— shaping direction, driving growth, generating revenue, and cultivating long-term influential partnerships that elevate the company’s presence across global markets. This is a unique opportunity for&nbsp;an industry related to&nbsp;International Media &amp; Commercial Partnerships&nbsp;to shape&nbsp;commercial strategy&nbsp;and scale across&nbsp;international markets&nbsp;in a sector defined by constant evolution, cross-border collaboration, and strategic transformation. The role calls for a bold, entrepreneurial mindset paired with&nbsp;sharp Commercial instinct&nbsp;and a deeply&nbsp;Sales, BD, Tech&nbsp;and&nbsp;relationship-driven approach. You will take full ownership of&nbsp;revenue generation, pricing strategy, key account development, and the identification of new business opportunities across regions. You will inspire confidence at the highest levels and make an impact on the international stage.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Spearhead&nbsp;international sales strategy, with full ownership of revenue generation and commercial delivery across global markets</li><li>Travel frequently to&nbsp;key countries&nbsp;to initiate, develop, and&nbsp;maintain high-impact relationships&nbsp;with senior clients, media partners, and strategic stakeholders</li><li>Take a&nbsp;key account leadership approach&nbsp;— understanding client objectives, anticipating their needs, and delivering bespoke solutions that build trust and long-term loyalty</li><li>Drive&nbsp;new business development&nbsp;by identifying and converting strategic opportunities, turning market insights into commercial wins</li><li>Lead complex negotiations with confidence and finesse, always focused on&nbsp;value creation and mutual success</li><li>Own and refine pricing models,&nbsp;optimise the sales cycle, and work cross-functionally to ensure best-in-class delivery</li><li>Optimise and transform commercial approaches where needed to ensure&nbsp;continuous improvement and scalability</li><li>Define and monitor&nbsp;KPIs, track sales performance, and deliver accurate&nbsp;forecasts&nbsp;and&nbsp;market intelligence&nbsp;directly to the CEO — playing a visible and strategic role in steering future growth and commercial direction</li><li>Represent the brand globally&nbsp;— at boardrooms, airports, industry events, and high-level client engagements</li><li>Work closely with internal stakeholders&nbsp;(Operations, Finance, Creative, Tech) to ensure seamless delivery and alignment</li><li>Represent the company at key industry events and client meetings internationally</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)</li><li>At least 10 years of progressive experience in international B2B&nbsp;sales, strategic account management, or commercial leadership roles</li><li>Proven track record in&nbsp;international sales leadership&nbsp;within media, advertising, or high-value service environments — with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, leading cross-border commercial efforts, and closing high-value deals.</li><li>Experience in fast-paced,&nbsp;multi-market environments, ideally within sectors involving media, technology, or advertising or related</li><li>Highly analytical and data-driven&nbsp;— comfortable with number crunching, KPI interpretation, data mining, and business intelligence tools.
