You will be part of a small, friendly team (team members in Paphos and the UK) responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of payments and expenses. This is an office-best position.&nbsp;BenefitsSalary: €18,000 gross per annumContract Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday<ul><li>Includes working one weekend in every three (on a rota)</li><li>When working a weekend, time off will be given on Thursday and Friday of that week</li></ul>Holiday: 21 days annual leave + 15 Cyprus Bank Holidays&nbsp;Key Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor and respond to self-employed contractor queries via email using in-house software·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Process payments to contractors and evaluate their pay data·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain accurate records of contractor payments and branch manager bonuses·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Process and input contractor expenses (including mileage and overtime claims)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Analyse and challenge expenditure to ensure compliance with guidelines·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prioritise tasks to meet fixed deadlines and support team members·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Action internal emails and requests efficiently·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Communicate with UK-based managers to resolve payment or contract discrepancies&nbsp;What We’re Looking For·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong written and verbal English communication skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Self-motivated and proactive with good time-management skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Confident working independently and able to use initiative·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Comfortable with analysing data and questioning inconsistencies·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience using Microsoft Excel and general IT systems·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience in logistics is preferred but not essential·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Full training and support will be provided&nbsp;This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, isn't afraid to challenge discrepancies, and is passionate about getting the details right.
