IT Support, Systems and Networks

Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Helpdesk Support: Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, assisting users with their requests and troubleshooting technical problems.</li><li>Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.</li><li>System and Network Monitoring: Monitor network performance and conduct routine system checks to ensure optimal functionality.</li><li>Workplace Setup: Configure and set up desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for new and existing users.</li><li>User Account Management: Create, manage, and troubleshoot user accounts, including password resets and access controls.</li><li>Printer Support: Assist with printer setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.</li><li>Data Backup &amp; Recovery: Ensure data backup systems are functioning correctly and assist with data recovery when needed.</li><li>Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, handling replacements and upgrades as necessary.</li><li>Documentation and Reporting: Record support requests and resolutions in detail to identify trends and improve support processes.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in IT helpdesk or technical support roles.</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Active Directory, Office 365, and basic network troubleshooting.</li><li>Knowledge of common ticketing systems and remote support tools.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused and service-oriented approach.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal.</li><li>Experience with Monday.com is advantageous but not mandatory.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and end-user devices.</li><li>Effective troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in ticketing systems and remote support tools.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide clear, user-friendly support.</li><li>Proactive approach to identifying and addressing recurring issues.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent are a plus.</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Private Health insurance</li><li>Pension Fund</li><li>Employee Benefit Card</li><li>Lunchtime buffet</li><li>A fast-growing and vibrant company</li><li>Great opportunities for career progression</li><li>Exciting company activities, including team-building outings, corporate gatherings and events</li></ul>&nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, to <a href="mailto:careers@mano-security.com">careers@mano-security.com</a> quoting “IT Helpdesk Support Specialist”&nbsp;
