The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of the pastry section, preparing high-quality desserts and baked goods in line with our standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of innovative and seasonal pastry menus, working closely with the Pastry Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences.&nbsp;Location: Minthis, Paphos&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Adheres to all standard procedures and policies pertaining to pastry preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation and a full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, plate specifications and consistency of presentation.</li><li>Creates pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe.</li><li>Prepares ingredients and handles baking and other kitchen equipment.</li><li>Ensuring consistency, quality, and artistic presentation of all pastry products.</li><li>Monitors the stock of baking ingredients.
