Role SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our law firm as a Strategic Business Development &amp; Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our firm’s visibility across local and international markets, identifying high-potential client segments, forming strategic partnerships, and enhancing our marketing presence both digitally and physically.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct market research to identify high-growth sectors (e.g., real estate, immigration, investments).</li><li>Recommend and coordinate networking events, expos, and strategic business forums for the firm to attend or sponsor.</li><li>Identify and initiate collaboration opportunities with real estate firms, financial advisors, relocation experts, and international law firms.</li><li>Design and propose strategic campaigns and social media content aligned with the firm’s objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with external content creators, designers, and SEO professionals to improve online presence.</li><li>Assist in the planning of firm presentations, client acquisition efforts, and partnership meetings.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitors and provide monthly growth insights and recommendations.</li><li>Contribute to website development and optimization based on client behavior and market needs.</li><li>Create brochures, presentation decks, and branded communication material.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>A bachelor’s or master’s degree in any of the following fields:<ul><li>Business Administration</li><li>Marketing or Digital Marketing</li><li>International Business</li><li>Strategic Management</li><li>Communications / Public Relations</li><li>Law (with business or marketing exposure)</li></ul></li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written).
