Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support our clients at all levels.</li><li>Answer any questions about how the service works and resolve clients’ issues promptly via live chat, emails, and calls.</li><li>Assist clients with the KYC procedure.</li><li>Provide a tour around the trading platform.</li><li>Build client trust and satisfaction through professional support and training.</li><li>Be keenly aware of the competitive landscape and understand financial markets.</li><li>Collect clients’ feedback and analyze how clients’ experience can be improved.</li><li>Keep open communication between the departments to resolve any issues. &nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proficiency in both - English and German (C1+ level).</li><li>Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to listen to clients and your team’s needs and find solutions.</li><li>Ability to work a flexible shift schedule, including nights and weekends (weekend and night shifts are remote).</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. &nbsp;</li></ul>If you believe this role suits you, feel free to apply <a href="https://jobs.lever.co/capital/82726a9f-0250-48ad-a5c0-1f56eec1dee5?lever-origin=applied&amp;lever-source%5B%5D=ergodotisi">here.</a>
