SummaryWork alongside Accounts Manager to split the workload and assist him in more advanced accounting items as well as routine daily tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing and payments&nbsp;The team consist of three permanent staff in Limassol and three more in other offices.&nbsp;The Group operates in Shipping industry and engages in trading, cargo, ship ownership and chartering activity, with offices in various locations in Europe, Middle East and Asia. They have been around for more than 2 decades. All finance and corporate matters are managed by the Limassol office team. This is a great opportunity to gain such diverse cross border experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;Group is growing and finance department is growing with it. There is opportunity to take on more responsibilities.&nbsp;Group name will be disclosed if your resume is selected for an interview process&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Split with team various daily operational items such as:<ul><li>Perform regular bank and debtor/creditor reconciliations</li><li>post data into accounting software</li><li>Assist in closing the books by helping with reconciliations of general ledger accounts and preparing reports.</li><li>Invoicing, payments in bank, various other daily finance/accounting tasks</li></ul></li><li>Assist in preparation of management analysis and reports (in excel), cash flow forecasting, budget preparation</li><li>Assist with audit preparation in different jurisdictions</li><li>Dealing with group banks (regarding payments, compliance requests, etc), payroll companies, vat submissions, etc</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Fluent in English writing</li><li>Russian language is an advantage</li><li>Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.</li><li>Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li></ul>
