Operations Manager Job Vacancy&nbsp;Location: Mall of EngomiAdvance Your Career with Us!&nbsp;Mall of Engomi is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in operations and facilities management, ready to take responsibility for the seamless daily running of a leading retail destination. While primarily based at Mall of Engomi, the role also involves regular day-to-day interaction and collaboration with the Mall of Cyprus and reports directly to the company’s Senior Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and ensure the proper operation of all electrical and mechanical installations (including elevators, escalators, generators, chillers, fans, lighting, shading systems, irrigation, gas installations, parking systems, CCTV, fire detection, etc.).</li><li>Supervise cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of all internal and external areas, ensuring the highest standards are met.</li><li>Monitor landscaping and irrigation systems, ensuring their proper upkeep.</li><li>Ensure security coverage, dress code, and emergency route accessibility are consistently maintained.</li><li>Oversee waste management and disposal operations.</li><li>Manage relationships and performance of service providers and contractors, ensuring compliance with schedules and standards.</li><li>Monitor construction and renovation activities to ensure compliance with technical guidelines, operational rules, and local legislation.</li><li>Oversee utility consumption and cost efficiency using all available tools and reports.</li><li>Prepare and deliver operational and technical reports as required.</li><li>Support marketing and events teams with operational requirements for activities, decorations, and seasonal campaigns.</li><li>Identify and act on Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) issues.</li><li>Maintain ongoing communication with tenants and address operational matters promptly.</li><li>Act as ‘Duty Manager’ when required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>An engineering background will be considered as advantage.</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related position, property / facilities management.</li><li>Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and operational best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with engineering/design software (e.g., AutoCAD).</li><li>Legal right to live and work in Cyprus.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English is mandatory.</li></ul>&nbsp;Remuneration &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Participation in the Group’s medical insurance.</li><li>Provident fund.</li><li>Annual performance-based bonus.</li></ul>&nbsp;Application Deadline: August 31, 2025&nbsp;To Apply: Please send your CV and a detailed cover letter outlining your relevant experience and qualifications to <a href="mailto:recruitment@mallofcyprus.com">recruitment@mallofcyprus.com</a>.&nbsp;Join the Mall of Cyprus &amp; Mall of Engomi team!
