To strengthen our team of talented and professional individuals, we are looking for an experienced Logistics Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate, passionate about customer service, detailed processing, problem solving, and collaboration with other teams, will work at our headquarters' offices at Agios Athanasios Industrial Area in Limassol.&nbsp;Role &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Record all Sales Quotations and Sales Orders correctly and promptly.</li><li>Ensure that all Sales Orders are executed and managed for the timely dispatch, and delivery according to schedule requirements.</li><li>Proactively, manage, and execute all inbound and outbound shipments.</li><li>Prepare and coordinate necessary documentation for the transportation of outgoing goods (DG declaration, L/C documentation, Certificate of Origin, etc.)</li><li>Maintain regular communication with Distributors, Business Development Managers, Accounting Department, Warehouse and Production Department ensuring end to end supply chain efficiency.</li><li>Follow-up and keep track on stock levels, and pending purchase orders.</li><li>Monitor the status of imports, the safe and timely delivery of imports.</li><li>Collaborate with internal team members to ensure that all work requirements are met.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management or other related field.</li><li>Minimum three years’ experience in a similar position.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, experience with ERP systems, i.e., SAP is a plus.</li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to details.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken.</li></ul>Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30 am-5.30 pm with one hour lunch break.&nbsp;Benefits Package<ul><li>Competitive salary, 13th salary, bonus, annual increase</li><li>22 days paid annual leave, 14 weeks of paid paternity &amp; maternity leave</li><li>Provident fund and in-hospital healthcare insurance</li><li>Ongoing training and professional development</li><li>A supportive and modern working environment</li><li>Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a global company</li></ul>&nbsp;If you are interested to join our team, please send your CV and cover letter to <a href="mailto:hr@firepro.com">hr@firepro.com</a> or call +357 25 376149.
