BR Hub Ltd is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with culinary creativity to deliver exceptional dining experiences and maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Organize, manage, and oversee all kitchen operations while ensuring strict hygiene standards.</li><li>Direct and control the food preparation process, ensuring flawless execution of the menu.</li><li>Maintain high standards in recipe consistency, kitchen practices, and food presentation.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless service and excellent guest experiences.</li><li>Lead and coordinate kitchen staff scheduling to ensure efficiency and quality during peak hours.</li><li>Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, including onboarding and technical briefings.</li><li>Monitor food costs, manage inventory levels, and optimize resource usage.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.</li><li>Plan, develop, and regularly update the restaurant menu.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as Head Chef in a similar environment.</li><li>Culinary degree or equivalent certification.</li><li>Strong background in controlling food costs, inventory, and staff productivity.</li><li>Hands-on experience with HACCP systems and kitchen hygiene standards.</li><li>Excellent leadership, staff training, and organizational skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.</li><li>Initiative, creativity, and passion for culinary innovation.</li><li>Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken).</li><li>EU passport holder.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package according to experience and qualification</li><li>Dynamic and professional work environment.</li><li>Opportunity to develop and showcase your culinary creativity</li><li>Full time employment</li></ul>&nbsp;To Apply: Please send your CV and cover letter to <a href="mailto:careers@brhub.com.cy">careers@brhub.com.cy</a> with the subject line “Head Chef Application – BR Hub Ltd”.
